Our focus in the healthcare segment includes all phases of investment and co-investing in various developments and redevelopment of new and existing properties, primarily in North Texas and surrounding region. Healthcare is an important and growing component of our real estate portfolio.

Having invested in a wide variety of property types around the world in the general commercial space, we prefer to co-invest with substantial partners and management companies, rather than own and manage directly. Our investments have taken us to locales as far as the Peoples Republic of China to build condominiums, and Argentina to build adult education facilities. Closer to home, we have invested in hotel and office building renovation and redevelopment. Today, we are sector agnostic and are actively looking for opportunistic investments in properties across a variety of markets, including both performing and distressed properties.
