T. A. “Kip” Hyde, Jr.

Managing Director

Kip is the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of Reeder Capital. As an investment banker and management consultant for several years prior to joining Reeder, Kip has led and/or participated in over $2B of completed financings, M&A and divestiture transactions. He has also served as a Director, officer and/or senior executive for multiple companies, including Dallas-based Fortune 500 Affiliated Computer Services (“ACS” – sold to Xerox), Excel Corporation, Teletouch Communications and Safeguard Business Systems, among others. A 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award Nominee and 2009 Metroplex TBC Tech Titans Award winner, Kip currently serves on the Board executive committee for the ESPN Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl held in Ft. Worth. Previous board positions include the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, Fort Worth Airpower Council/Foundation and the North Texas Super Bowl XLV Host Committee, as well as serving as a select member on the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Telecommunications & E-Commerce Committee in Washington, DC. Honored by the Careity Foundation in 2011 with their 10th Anniversary Mary Branch Humanitarian Award for his contributions to children’s health and welfare causes, Kip continues to support a variety of community oriented local and national service organizations. Kip holds a B.B.A. degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
